Even worse, in St. Louis, citizens are taken to JAIL if a red light camera ticket doesn't arrive within 5 days! I would HATE to have my vehicle driven in St Louis on a snow day. I would HATE to slide on ice during a snow day near an intersection that had a red light camera. Pretty soon everyone's going to have to go back to law school to afford to fight this shit. JAIL. And what if a citizen sold a car to someone else and the buyer ran a red light? Who's going to jail then?
