A member of the Texas Transportation Commission is heading a national coalition proposing public-private funding, including tolls, to raise new revenue to improve and expand federal highways.
Ned Holmes of Houston announced the formation of the Transportation Transformation Group, or T2, at a National Press Club news conference on Thursday.

P3 consortium member/advocates are simply white collar highway thieves conniving to make easy money at others' expense.

Clinton 'Drug Czar,' works for HNTB, which is the lead consultant for the TTC.
Former Senator Dick Gephardt works for Goldman Sachs, who is pushing privatized toll roads.
And of course, Developer & Texas Transportation Commissioner Ned Holmes is beneficiaries of Gov. 39%'s political patronage system.
My mistake--Dick Gephardt (D) was a Congressman not a Senator.
