Carlos and Sal,

Thank you for your reporting on the Orange County SR 91 ripoff of the taxpayers.
It's ironic that the SR 91 model is the template these would be "tollers" like to say is the best solution to congestion and highway funding.
I disagree somewhat with the last paragraph as to what the suggested solutions are, but am still well pleased with 95% of the article.
Carlos, keep up the great work!
