Dear Sal,

Jim has run across a person who was tagged for not having a current license among some other things. He paid a $400 fine.

then the next year he got another bill in the mail for a $400 fine and then another. He told Jim that the money for the fine goes to the toll roads.

Do you know about any information about this ridiculous law.

Thanks,
Carol

Hello Carol,

Just like this year with unlimited tax & debt of Prop 1 rail fund, in the year 2001, Perry, Krusee and other crooks tricked the voters with Prop 15 mobility fund.

The 2001 Prop 15 mobility fund open the door to tax, debt, tolling of public highways and the Trans Texas Corridor. HB 3588 took the second step and diverted tax dollars out of the general revenue fund (education*) and into the Texas Mobility Fund. Large increases in fines and registrations help fill the fund with taxpayer dollars to inject into the conversion of public highways to toll.

Say No to prop 1 & 9.

Thanks
Sal

* 4.5 Billion or more tax dollars (over a 23-40 year bond period) will be diverted from the Texas State General Fund and sent to the Texas mobility fund to be used as a revenue stream to pay back Bonds. Of all the money that goes into the general revenue fund, Education is the largest recipient: about one-third of the total dollars collected. House Bill No. 2, 3rd called session,

Art. 3: “Comptroller shall deposit that money to the credit of the Texas mobility fund instead of to the credit of the general revenue fund.”
