Old McDonald HAD a farm,

Til Cintras Zachry came along

They took his land without a qualm
e-i-e-i-o
And made more roads to drive upon
e-i-e-i-o
With a truck truck here
And a toll booth there
Dollars flying everywhere
(except his pockets)
Old McDonald had a farm.

Now old McDonald on his farm
e-i-e-i-o
Kept grain and cattle in his barn
e-i-e-i-o
Raised corn and helped to feed the world
e-i-e-i-o
From dawn til dusk he would toil
e-i-e-i-o
With a truck truck here
And a toll booth there
Dollars flying everywhere
(except his pockets)
Old McDonald had a farm.

From across the sea they came

Crying out, we‘ve got ”eminent domain”

So pack your stuff and get off your land

We now have the upper hand

Now old McDonalds farm is gone

We’re all wondering what went wrong

As they now pave what once was grass

With attitudes that are so crass

Our politicians have sold us out

Of that fact there is no doubt

Our way of life is down the drain

All our moneys gone to Spain.

To buy some gas you must be rich

Trucks and cars sit in the ditch

Everyones broke and that’s the truth

Can’t pay the fee at the tollbooth
e-i-e-i-o
With a truck truck here
And a toll booth there

Old Mac Donald had a farm

That cornfield old MacDonald had

Turned out it really wasn’t so bad

It would have produced alternative fuel

Looks like politicians were the fools
