Beginning of another ENRON fiasco? Follow the money and see how the white collar highway robbers run (trying to stuff their pockets with fleeced tolling booty.
So is there a clause that says if the stock price or market cap falls below a certain threshold, taxpayers have to pay until it goes up?
Rather than a shock, it should be confirmation of the backwardness of financing transportation needs through the toll concept.
