A great friend of ours, cabbie Richard Reeves, reports another section of freeway in Austin, previously planned to be tolled in the Phase II toll scam, has opened as a free road! Thanks to all of you who supported AustinTollParty.com to keep our freeways free, we can drive this section free without tolls! Richard said:
