Revenue Hungry councilmember Jennifer Kim can't add

Our councilmember is so eager to suck us dry of our money that her toll poll number percentages don't even add up to the usual 100%. Who needs math when you just want more dollars from taxpayers? Money, Money, Money. 4:15pm Wednesday the messed up poll reads:

Tolled highways with free service roads

Also note that the tricky Jennifer Kim, fails to tell folks that managed lanes would be toll lanes. I'm waiting for Kim to have a survey about her other revenue hungry deal - her Red Light Camera scam.
