Sal,

I appreciate the work that you do. I have not seen
mention of the fact that the House Pensions and
Investments Committee is having a Hearing today with
one of the bills being Kolhurst's HB 1880. I am
hoping maybe you will alert people to call in support
of this bill. I called today and it seems that
committee members have not been getting calls on it.

HB 1880 would prohibit state retirement and pension
funds such as Teacher Retirement and Texas State
Employees Retirement from investing in bonds for a
private toll company, such as Cintra.
