It is well-known around City Hall that this mayor has a short temper. Even when he was a city councilman he frequently lost his cool and yelled and cursed at staff. He's even been recorded during council meetings making inappropriate remarks or having hot-tempered exchanges with citizens. It's surprising that this continuous problem has never been highlighted as such.
