Any chance of getting rid of TXDOT?
Who selected the audit firms? What are their qualifications and have they done audits for TXDOT prior to these? With TXDOT's track record, I wouldn't be surprised by a "here is what I want you to say" audit. TXDOT needs a serious change in management and attitude. If all of these audit figures are correct, just proves that TXDOT has no ability to plan or project future expenses.
